[Fitz]

Expecting casualties from the mission, Fitz rushes to the Medbay on his return and preps a few beds as well as checking and double checking the bacta tanks just in case.

[Forte Kryze]

Using his comlink, Forte confirmed at the least that everyone is conscious. With that peace of mind, he comes to the med bay to get his wounds treated. "It is good to see you well, friend. It is good to see the bombers missed you as well."

[Fitz]

"Yes," Fitz responds, while indicating a bed for Forte to take. "The bombers certainly provided a difficult obstacle. The salvage crew seems to have gotten away. What about your squad, should I expect more soon... did you get what we were looking for?"

"No one lost any limbs, they should all be able to walk in on their own. We got the relic and Praxton brought it to the boss."

[Fitz]

"Shame... I've got the plans for some excellent replacements." Fitz pulls a scanner out of his pack and runs it over Forte's body, pausing over his leg. "Take this leg for instance, I'll patch it up good as new... but give me a day or two and I can have a far superior replacement cybernetic ready."

Even as he spoke, Fitz was both treating and measuring the leg. He finishes by spraying a plasto-cast over the leg. "Let that set over night and you'll be just fine. Now let's see what else we're working with..."

While looking over Forte's wounds he speaks up again, "Now that we have the helm... do you think we'll be leaving soon?

"I doubt we'll be leaving too soon, there's still a large enemy presence here, not to mention a town that could use our help." He takes a moment to test the cast, "seems to be in good order. Has Jan said anything yet?"

[Fitz]

"Well... I thought the settlement might be safer without us. The Imps are mostly interested in us. After what just happened, I figured they wouldn't hold off chasing us to take the time for some colonists if they haven't bothered so far."

Fitz studies Forte's injuries and consults the protocols provided by his ECM-598. "Has Jan said anything about what?"

He continues to work on Forte, applying bandages and bacta spray strategically. "Lets see how that goes... Can always spend a night in a bacta tank if need be."

"Nah, pretty sure we're going to have the day off tomorrow and I can just sleep it off. (You do recover wounds after a night's rest right?)" He gets off the table and walks around a bit. "I know conventional wisdom states that if combatants move away from a civilization it would keep the innocents safe, but if they're anything like the Death Watch I grew up scared of, they will target the town just to draw us out. They offered us a lot of help recently and I wouldn't be surprised if the empire takes notice. Damn rules of war don't matter if one side doesn't follow them."

[Fitz]

"This is true... the syndicates wouldn't usually waste the time or resources. It's not very cost effective and it could bring unwanted attention. I wouldn't like to see the colonists suffer because of us... They have been nice."

While Forte is pacing around, Fitz takes a moment to awkwardly apply some bacta spray and bandages to himself.

He winces a moment, thinking over his injuries again, then takes out a stim pack and stabs his good thigh, taking care of the last of the pain. "Yeah, I might go around tomorrow and see what the word around the colonies are. At the very least calm their nerves about the bombings."

[Fitz]

Frowning beneath his mask, Fitz chides his friend, "You should save those, stock isn't guaranteed... Plus, they are less effective the more you've recently taken.

I wouldn't mind going into town when you do. Maybe we can find that junk yard and do some scavenging... I do worry about the colonists, they're good people."

[Forte Kryze]

"You know your way around a black market too? Pretty sure we could make a full on shopping trip for the enclave if we feel like it. "

[Fitz]

"I've always been more of the quiet one in the background when it comes time for negotiations. I was thinking actual salvage work... but I've got some currency with the locals if there's something you're looking for."

[Forte Kryze]

"Nah, if you're using that for something similar to what I'm doing, you may very well need it for a more important cause. I would say we could check out that bomb site, but Imperials are probably already swarming it huh?"
