[Day 7, EE] Not Your Usual Sacrifice

"Or that works." Fitz says more loudly to Cha as he watches the grenade sail overhead into the middle of the Imps, scattering them like confetti.

Watching the wiser of the troopers retreat, Fitz picks up the stimpack he'd discarded from the ground and made his way over to Lysa, still cloaked. Opening his medpack, he quickly treats the worst of the wounds, but she still does not regain consciousness. Pulling out his stimpacks, he pumps stimpack after stimpack into Lysa, eventually bringing her back around.

"Hell of a time to take a catnap Lysa. You almost missed the fireworks."

Lysa's helmet moved toward Fitz as he approached. He slightly modulated voice was weaker but a thread of her ever present energy was still there "Well, heavy repeaters are my ideal sleep aid but I guess light repeaters work in a pinch." She laughed and then had a wet cough that the medic would certainly hear had more than a little blood in it.

As he worked and her system was flooded with drugs she shook off the Wounds standing, albeit a little shakily. "Well I guess that could have gone worse."

"I think you're used to being the knockout instead of being knocked out Lysa." Cha snorts a little, holding his side to cover the ache. The wounds are still going at a slow drip and his armor is damaged in sections.

"This one definitely wasn't how we drew it up in the manual, but hey, that's why you send in the explosives experts, right?"

"Sorry I left you two out in the open... knew Vron wouldn't stand long against that walker." Fitz looks around at the aftermath of their skirmish. "I usually like to keep it subtle, but when it's time to go loud, best to go real loud."

He turns his eyes back to the wounded. "And now it's time to get out of here with Vron... it's gonna be a long night in the Medbay."
