With feasting on that find, Cha decides to take another stab at reeling in some game.

After obtaining his rather adorable pet, Cha once again decides to venture out into the woods for something of more substance. The important question is, naturally, is what kind of bait did Cha bring with him? After what he went thru over the past several days, having a simple hunt wouldn't be unreasonable.
Then again, he could be craving for a bit of a challenge, despite everything.

"Come on little guy, you're getting in the way. No! Do you want to be the bait?"
Cha has learned from his original trial and procured a CorChemCo Beastmaster Chem Lure to get something tastier. He's also rigging up an electro-snare to finish the job and has stun grenades from the armory to make sure the meat stays intact.
Feeling secure with his rig, he tries to melt back into the forest.

Secure enough in comfort and safety of your equipment to try to go after something bigger, you attempt to see what else is out there in the woods.

You felt confident that your equipment was well equipped, as well in your upcoming performance, having eaten quite the tasty meal earlier in the day.
It takes a good hour or so, with you standing there quietly as you can be with your Neri watching onward. Eventually, a large horny toad walks by the area, sensing the bait that you've left and getting ever closer to the target.
About as big as a small vehicle, the toad looks large enough to eat most humanoids. Still, how often can you say you ate a toad? Frog legs are pretty good, you've no doubt heard, and those legs look like they could feed a few growing Mandos back at your camp.
((Up for it or let it go by the wayside?))

Cha thinks it over. They are good on food. This thing doesn't appear to be a notable catch, so he reels back the bait to try again.

The frog hangs around the trap area, but without movement or interaction to lure it in further, the frog eventually moves on to other interests, seeing a small deer-like creature instead and stretching out its tongue at it.
It happened so quick, you barely realized it, but the tongue latched onto the thing, swallowing it whole. You see the hooves of the creature move around a few times it stops completely, after which it began to hop off, likely to go do whatever it is giant frogs do (like swallowing goddesses and space wizards whole).
Either way, it was time to see what else you could get to lure out.
((Roll me another survival, same details as before.))

Another period of time goes thru, waiting patiently for another target to come thru.
Whether thru luck or skill, your trap seems to have attracted a large cat creature.
It's hide appears to have bristles, its teeth sharp and strong. And, thru sheer dumb luck, the beast has managed not to notice you as you wait in the bushes as it approaches the bait thru the river with some curiosity, but also caution.

Now that's a worthy target.
Cha lowers the bait slowly, at a height where the snare will deliver it's shock

The beast sees the bait and lowers ever closer, stalking down on the ground to examine the area. It looks around before it makes a move once more.

The giant beast begins makes a move towards the bait and quickly took, as the net dropped on him. The cat quickly thrashed about as the net landed on him, and just as quick as it dropped, the cat quickly tossed the net aside as it sparked about, shocked (quite literally) at what had occurred. It attacked the net several times with its paws, slashing it thru in the end until it stopped sparking.
There was a look in its eyes from what Cha could see that could be deemed as confusion; it wasn't used to being the one being hunted, after all.
The creature quickly shot its gaze thru the clearing of the woods, looking for what had dared done this to it, but Cha was well hidden from its gaze and sense of smell. Of course, just because it couldn't establish causality didn't mean that it was stupid. There was a clear effort to start hunting for what did this to him, as it sniffed the air for anything
off.

The creature was...smart. Intelligent. This was a worthy hunt, and perhaps one that could be of greater use than a meal. Cha readies a stun grenade from his concealed position, trying to land a hard blow before it starts.

The creature was surprised at the sudden explosion, it being dazed for a few moments as it tries to recover. Then its sparkling gaze made out the Mandalorian and a loud roar bellowed out into the forest!
Fortunately, you still manage to get the drop on it and have a small window to strike again before it gets the chance to strike or act in another way. The grenade was a hit, of that you have no doubt but the thickness of its armory hide seems to have negated some of the main effects.
Maybe another one will do the trick.

"Ok, so stun might have been a mistake." The armor on the creature is more potent than Cha had thought and it was quite the formiddable foe indeed. Fortunately, Cha thought he had a solution.
"It caught the ragamuffin, let's see if it gets the cat" The Glop grenade spirals end over end before it releases, engulfing the cat in a dense foam, immobilizing it.
