Kriff, Dredgen's been following me?

It was no time to ask right now though, as it was an all out brawl happening. Dredgen had the captain engaged, so Raven moves forward with a leap, delivering a hard kick to the bastard that stabbed Dredgen in the back.

With a twist, she looks back, looking for Rhiannon quickly. "Stay out of the fight, kid. We got this!"

Raven smashes one in the gut, only for Dredgen to turn and dispense his own powerful blow across the man's jaw knocking him out cold. Looking at the others he growls, and they find themselves on their back foot.

"Stop!" the Captain calls out, backing away from the scene. His eyes calculating all the ways this could go down and liking none of them.

"Kriff, kid ain't worth this shit. Just go, take 'em, whatever," he grimaces, and looks to his men to back off.

[Raven Cadera]

Raven holds back her punch, looking to the captain. "Good call for you, captain." No doubt two Mandalorians could be too much of a headache for them to handle over some graffiti.

Stepping away from the pirate, she gives a nod of thanks to Dredgen before looking back to the teenager. "Come on, kid. No point hanging around here."

[Dredgen Ordo]

Dredgen watches the pirates like an old bear until they were far enough away not to cause trouble more. Not even seeming to realize his own wound yet he lowers onto his knee and beckons the young woman over to him. Taking that in-between moment to nod at Raven in turn. Sighing, the sound a little harsher through the helm.

"Let's get a look at you first, then we'll get you back to your mom," he says, and something in the way he speaks Riannon trusts him enough to oblige.

"Thank you, Raven. I owe this kids mother. What were you doing here?" he laughs, a crack like thunder low and rumbling. "Just decided to play hero?"

[Raven Cadera]

Somehow that didn't surprise her, but it certainly explained why Dredgen had showed up. Raven chuckles softly with a small shake of her head. "Just doing a favor for Elmira. Asked me to look for this troublemaker, make sure she didn't do something too bad." A glance is cast over her shoulder towards the pirate ship.

"Graffiti is pretty harmless, but violent pirates probably aren't the best target. Even if it did improve their ship."

[Meiyokashi]

"Right- next time I'll look for the non-violent pirates," she scoffs, rolling her eyes as she focuses in on Dredgen's helm. "And you? She's not my mom. No idea where you got that idea."

[Dredgen Ordo]

"Well you're okay-.." he freezes when that thought settles on him. Looking into the dirt like it has the answer. Resting his hand down on his knee he shakes himself from the small reverie. "Let's.. get you back, at least not here," he looks over toward the pirates waiting for them to leave. Glances to Raven and nods.

[Raven Cadera]

"Yeah," she nods in return, more than ready to complete this little job. "You get to brag you had Mandalorians escort you today."

[Meiyokashi]

"Yea, I'm sure all my friends will be so impressed," she says, and kicks a nearby rock. Watching it fly against one of the many crates making up the rest stops outer walls.

They would walk, but stop before the entrance.

[Dredgen Ordo]

"Raven," he says, and gives a nod off to the side. Letting Riannon walk inside by herself. Bringing her in close he lays a hand on her pauldron, "Find out who her father is for me. I'll be waiting just outside the perimeter to the south. No questions, thank you."

[Raven Cadera]

"Really? So I should just pop that sort of question at Elmira?" Dredgen could probably hear in her voice how her eyebrow was rising questioningly at that request. It was... almost ridiculous. What were the odds that two of the Enclave-members would find some long-lost offspring here at the same time.

Her shoulders rises gently as she sighs, and she places a hand over Dredgen's. "Alright. You'll owe me though."

[Dredgen Ordo]

"Deal," he nods. Not wasting time he stalks off away from the bar. Raven knew him long enough to see something was off. There was weight to this, for sure.

[Raven Cadera]

Raven takes a moment to steady her own emotions as she watches Dredgen walk away. It was unusual to see him like that, and if Rhiannon was his kid... well, she understood. Just like she understood it for Praxton too. Family was important, but there was probably an extra weight to it if it was a child you didn't even know about.

It was just reminding her more of the feelings she was trying to not think of right now, why she had been keeping herself busy today and focusing on being helpful. Mostly for Praxton's sake, but also because then she didn't have to think how she was hurting. If Praxton said he didn't love her anymore, she didn't know what she would do...

A shake of her head clears her thoughts for the time being, and Raven heads back inside Jaster's, approaching the bar as she glances around for Elmira.

As ever, the woman is at her post. Circling the bar from one customer to the next and making sure the service droids, as well as those seated at the bar, all get the liquid refreshments they so desire. A drunk customer base was sometimes a placid customer base.

[Raven Cadera]

Taking up a free spot at the end of the counter, Raven waves to Elmira and waits patiently for the woman to finish serving the other patrons.

[Elmira]

After a couple rounds elsewhere Elmira would return. Raven got a nice sight of what it was like around here. Somehow this woman was personable enough to break through to all sorts of hardened criminals. Any thoughts anyone might have wondered about security could be dispelled just by seeing what Raven saw here. She was certain, if you caused trouble for Elmira you'd have half the bar on you in a microsecond.

"I learned a bit about your girl, and a bit on the other guy but mostly the girl. She's quite the little ghost story," she says, and then glances to the counter. A silent ask if Raven wanted anything to drink.

There was an odd sense of familiarity watching the scene, seeing the similarities between the people here and her own people. How there was a sense of community and camaraderie even between these different people from various walks of life.

"You sure got a knack for this kind of thing it seems," she remarks as it seems Elmira learned more in a short time than Raven could've hoped to learn in a day. Her gaze shifts to some of the beer on tap and a nod towards it. Least she could do was be a paying customer as thanks for the favor.

[Elmira]

"Poppa always told me I had the gift of gab. Thought it was wasted on me though, growing up on a farm on some frontier world out in the middle of the outer rim," she pours a beer, slides it along, and denies payment with an open palm. "Family hit hard times, I left, found a different frontier world and-", she smiles, looking around.

"Guess sometimes you're calling finds you, mm?" Elmira looks over toward Riannon, making sure she's doing alright. By the heated argument she was in with one of the regulars everything was right again. "Thanks for taking care of her. Kids had it rough, but-", she shakes her head. "You wanna know about your ghost woman."

"Tale around is that her mother was some hardcore Mandalorian back in the day. Fought alongside some of the nite owls," she says the name without recognition, "apparently things went bad. Mom wound up wounded, so wounded everyone was absolutely sure she was dead. Her lover, sisters, everyone. Fast forward a whole bunch of years after everyone's moved on her daughter, fourteen at the time, comes asking questions. Mom was still kicking it enough for her heritage to be verified but.. she lost her last year. They say she joined up with the Saxon's, fights for them."
