[D1, EE] The Cyber-doc Is In (Open)

[Fitz]

After leaving the Armory, Fitz made his way to the Doc Bay. Aside from dividing his time between the Armory and Repair Bay, he also took shifts here to relieve the twins.

During his merc work, after he was left by his pack but before he was welcomed with the Rebuilders, he had taken the odd job as resident medic here and there. He had observed, and been told on more than one occasion, that his bedside manner was lacking. Luckily, that was a low priority here.

He sits, full-face helmet on and usual black hooded body suit replaced by a white lab coat, browsing his datapad and awaiting any patients.

[Suis'louche]

The day had been full...in some aspects...but now he could not put his visit to the doc any longer. He had gotten a nasty wound from the scout veteran and he needed it checked.

Who knew what tomorrow held and he did not want to go into it wounded.

Entering the med bay he was surprised to se the cyberdoc

''Hey there Fitz! You are de doc on guard tonight?''

[Fitz]

As someone entered, Fitz put away his datapad and looked up to see his Gungan friend. It was then he realized, with a bit of guilt, that Suis'louche had been shot earlier, Lysa too. He should've checked on them earlier, after the mission.

"Yes..." he replies while walking over to guide Suis'louche to a cot, "are you injured?" Fitz had seen him use a stimpack, but that didn't negate all damage.

[Suis'louche]

He nodded in the affirmative

''Yeah, de wound from the scout. Je thought it was not much but it still hurts so better to check it, yeah?''

[Fitz]

"Yes." Fitz readily agrees. It seemed only logical to fix something that was broken or injured. Although, he had noticed a tendency among the various mercenaries and to a lesser extent the Mandalorians to refuse acknowledgement of minor injuries.

Looking up at the Gungan, he begins his examination, brusquely repositioning his patient in search of wounds. "Where does it... hurt?" he asks while lifting the Suis'louche's foot to look at his sole. It was important to take care of your feet.

The gungan removed part of his armor to reveal a blackish spot

''Here.'' he replied pointing

[Fitz]

Fitz pulls over a cart with various medications and tools and sets to work. "Not too bad." He comments while taking out a hypospray to numb and sanitize the effected area. Giving it a moment to set in, he then irrigates the wound, a likely unnecessary step but he had seen infections take hold and it was not something he would overlook. After the wound seemed to be mostly taken care of, Fitz takes a patch of synthskin and seals it.

"There... good rest and all better... Any other symptoms?"

Before hearing Suis'louche's response, Fitz's right hand splits to reveal a number of tools. A small flashlight extends and illuminates a broad area before the beam focuses into a tighter circle. Fitz had noticed Suis'louche had been a trace off balance when walking across the bay, hence his inspection of the feet. He takes the light and brings it close to the Gungan's eyes, watching for pupillary response.

[Suis'louche]

Suis was beginning the be overwhelmed with all the technological doodads that was suddenly being thrown at his face but he kept calm, confident that the doc was not behing nefarious

''Nah. Everything is pretty good. Ja will have to do another round in an hour or two...that won't be a problem, yeah?''

[Fitz]

"Another round?... Patrol or security?... Or drinks?"

He notices a slight delay and turns around to rummage through the cart for the appropriate medication. He turns back around holding two pills in one hand and a syringe in the other. "Choose which." He states, holding out his hands. "Either will work... all better within... one hour."

[Suis'louche]

He chuckled at that

''Hehe, ja wish it was for drinks bat no. Ja diguise myself as a fisherman and do rounds near de lake checking fish traps as a cover.''

He looked at the two options before him

''Needle''

[Fitz]

Needle it was. Fitz quickly stuck Suis'louche in the thigh. After putting back the pills, he turns back around from the cart once again, this time with a handful of colorful candies. It was a good thing his helmet covered his face, otherwise his bedside manner smile might have been unsettling.

He had heard quite a bit about this lake and was meaning to take a trip out there soon. He wasn't a proficient fisherman, but it was another of those leisurely pastimes the other Mandalorians spoke highly of.

"Anything interesting?" Fitz inquired.

[Suis'louche]

''Aside from fish? Nah...no signs of movement there yet.'' he eyed the candies with dreadful eyes for a second

''Erm...but that gave me time to check de ruins from afar. I think Ja will go check it before the imps turn their attention there.''

[Fitz]

"Hmmm..." The noise sounded less contemplative and more wolfish. "Ancient vaults... water logged ruins... Helm of Mandalore... this planet... full of mysteries."

The unknown put Fitz ill at ease. He didn't like the idea of so many unaccounted for variables floating around when the livelihood of the enclave was at stake. "Let me know... if I can help."

[Suis'louche]

"Be ready by tomorrow morning and gear yourself for amphibian operation with string expectation of trouble then" he replied with a grin

"Griddak is in the loop so that'll make us three. Glad you agreed to join us!"

[Mayrelli Fayedd]

"Cooooo-ee."
Mayrelli sticks her head into the room.
"Hey Suis, how you doing these days? Heard you were in the other team, hope that went well. You're in the Med Bay, so I guess could have been better, could have been worse?"
And without drawing breath.
"Fitz, you good to try and uncrack some of my ribs? I took a mean bolt today. Gave way better than I got though, all Ka-CHUNK pow!"

[Suis'louche]

And then suddenly

''Oh, good evenin' May. Our team did good but Ja took a well placed shot''

[Fitz]

Fitz retracts the vibrant candies that Suis'louche seems less than interested in and turns to address his newest patient with a nod, "Good... ... the Ka-CHUNK, not the ribs." He scoots the medical cart over to the adjacent cot and pats his hand on it, indicating Mayrelli should have a seat.

Looking over to Suis'louche he adds, "Tomorrow... I look forward to it." Then starts digging around in the cart, looking for some wraps.

May winces, both at Ja being shot and also because she had been shot.
"Well that's not much fun, but they'll pull through I'm sure."

The short Mandalorian hops up on the indicated cot and unbuckles her breastplate so that the wound is reachable.
"Much appreciated Doc. I'm just not myself if I can't be shouting from the rooftops...or flying over them. So I guess I'm only half myself at the moment."

((Nup, no wounds left. Just that crit ))

[Fitz]

"Half still plenty." he quips while prodding her ribs. If he remembered correctly, humans should have twelves sets of these. Without the helmet, the two present might have noticed him side eyeing the datapad. Well, regardless of how many they were or weren't supposed to have, these definitely felt loose. Probably dislocated.

"May I?" he asks while motioning with his arms around her rib cage.

[Mayrelli Fayedd]

"Tch! Ah that stings."
Mayrelli wiggles slightly before stilling herself.
"Do what you gotta do, I'll buy you a bottle of uh..well I dunno what you drink, or if you drink. But I can buy you a bottle of something."
