[Day 5 - Early Morning] Punching Your Problems Away (Open)

When the day started with a drizzle of rain, Soleene would be found at the gym acquainting her fists with one of the newly installed punching bags to break it in for others. She was dressed without her usual beskar, as she would when in public outside of the Enclave. While she had long grown accustomed to wearing armour long before she earned her beskar, there was something quite relaxing to move without that extra weight on her body. It does make punching much more personal, in a way, and she found a bit of zen as she took her mind off of a few things that were bothering her.

Another would also be there breaking in a different punching bag. This one more used, it's less like trying to get one into an ideal condition and more like seeing the limits. Forte forgoes any of the normal accoutrements he would wear in his day to day life, instead wearing an old pair of sweats.

Soleene would eventually take a break from her exercises to at least grab a towel and drape it around her shoulders to wipe off the sweat. She would snag a bottle of water nearby and meander over to catch a glimpse of what Forte was doing. Different people had different forms, depending on their upbringing and style, but there was always something to learn at least. "Hey there, I think I caught you around the meeting yesterday?"

"You did indeed. I am going to be part of the relic retrieval team. No doubt there will be some of those death watch guys to meet us. I don't normally beat up things that are worn out, but I need to remind myself that they won't have such reservations." With a final punch, a hole opens and sand starts to fall. "However, even though I am not a New Mandalorian anymore, I will always be better than that." He then goes through the motions to replace the bag, ensuring the least amount of sand falls out.

Soleene gave a glance at the punch bag that burst a leak thanks to Forte's efforts before giving a shrug. "Well, I guess that wasn't good to keep around anyway. That's good that they have a few ready volunteers already for the relic retrieval bit. I'm not so sure I could be so delicate or know what I'm looking for exactly. I think I'm happier to hold the line or find whatever edge we can on the Imperials while we get this done. There was sure a lot of chatter after the announcement, I could only guess that a few people have some plans already."

"Doesn't matter how old a ship is, they should all have basic general layouts. Just a matter of figuring out how to hit them faster than the Imperial fly boys take to notice."

[Soleene Stryss]

Soleene crossed her arms and raised a brow at the answer. "I suppose that's a pretty good plan of action if you're good with thinking on your feet and improvising wherever you can. which is something that I'm sure we're all good at doing. Do you have an idea of who you're going with when?"

[Forte Kryze]

"Since Praxton is going to be part of the relic retrieval, I am pretty sure Raven is coming with. And the front of the action is where Lysa wants to be, so that makes the team we're going with to guard the strange lady." He finished putting up the new bag and takes a few practice punches to make sure it is secured. "Haven't seen many like that Irizka, but there's something about her vibe."

"Oh, you're talking about later today. Figures that we're already making the big push, instead of sitting around. Not that time is on our side with the Imperials mustering about." She nodded a few times in approval. "I can say that Praxton and Raven are good people firsthand, having been in battle with them before. So, I know you're around good people, at least. I'm not so sure about Lysa and Irizka but I can only assume the same since we're all in the same Enclave together."
